My Place Hotel-Grand Rapids, MN

The building was conveniently located, interior was nicely done and rooms were beautiful. Lobby was nice and bright with a few items available for purchase. The kitchen in the room was very nice. Nice refrigerator, coffee pot and cooktop. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows! We want to know the brand they were the best! I dealt with two different employees and both were very friendly.

Obviously a fairly new hotel when we stayed there as it still had the "new" carpet smell (not that that was a problem). The place was impeccably clean, very comfortable beds and pillows. Since it is a couple blocks off the main road it was super quiet Staff receive a HUGE kudos from me for returning my pillow in the mail when I forgot it! I did have to mail them self-addressed packaging for them to send it in but I was very thrilled they accommodated my request. Excellent place to stay in Grand Rapids!

The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean. The front desk clerk that checked us in was very friendly and professional.

Seems like a fairly new hotel sitting on a huge empty lot away from the main highway. I was impressed with the kitchenette in the room. Instead if going out to eat, you can cook your own food in the room.
